Join the Titan Machinery team as a Parts Support where you’ll assist in customer service and efficient operations. We’re seeking a dedicated Parts Support professional to join our team and assist in providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Exemplary Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to customers and technicians by handling inquiries and orders with professionalism and timely delivery services
• Product Knowledge and Support: Support parts receiving, stocking, and inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Professional Representation: Perform various duties around the facility and department to ensure a professional and welcoming environment, including basic cleaning, inventory counts, and organization
