Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Parts Department associate to assist customers in identifying and locating parts, stock and merchandise displays, and manage transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, maintaining clean and organized sales areas, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and vendors. Training and development opportunities are available to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Formal parts training or industry experience.
• Understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
• Knowledge of parts operating systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep parts department clean and professional.
• Lead and supervise a team of parts specialists.
• Record all sales and transactions using company systems (e.g., PFW).
• Maintain retail sales floor and displays to dealership standards; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory control and report discrepancies.
• Ensure correct parts for customers and vendors in a timely manner.
• Receive, ship, and store parts per DOT guidelines.
• Pursue company-sponsored training to develop skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver superior service.
