Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts or similar counter role.
• Knowledge of automobile parts with Toyota parts preferred.
• Sales experience in dealership or retail parts with customer service focus.
• Experience using Dealertrack DMS.
• Ability to identify parts by VIN/model using catalogs and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers in identifying and sourcing the correct Toyota parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders, returns, special orders, and inter-store transfers with electronic systems.
• Use Dealertrack DMS to look up parts, create invoices, and update records.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area.
• Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock and shipments.
• Provide sales-focused customer service at counter and over the phone.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales goals and commissions.
