Qualifications

• Prior automotive or diesel parts specialist experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to quickly learn industry-specific software systems.
• Able to lift 75–100+ lbs with assistance.
• Must pass a drug test, agility/physical & background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assists service staff and customers with their parts needs.
• Answers customer questions and handles issues that arise.
• Look up parts using our parts catalog system.
• Pull and invoice parts orders for service department and customers using the POS system.
