Job summary

Stotz Equipment is seeking a Parts Specialist to assist customers with parts and accessories for John Deere and related equipment, in-store and over the phone. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

We value reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. A high school diploma is required, and the position may include lifting up to 75 lbs and occasional weekend rotation. Background checks are standard for employment.

Qualifications

• High integrity, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service focused with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; ability to research parts online.
• Previous parts or service experience in automotive or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to work Saturday rotation.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell, stock, receive, and deliver parts and accessories.
• Provide excellent in-store customer service and phone support.
• Assist with ordering, researching, and sourcing parts for customers.
• Maintain organized displays and showroom merchandising.
• Monitor shortages and expedite orders to maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate a team-player mindset.
