Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying needed parts using catalogs and computer system and processing orders.
• Process payment transactions and balance the register.
• Maintain stock and ship internal/external orders; restock unsold inventory.
• Return defective parts, exchange or refund as appropriate.
• Ensure technicians receive correct parts per demand and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare and ship parts and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and training sessions.
• Assist with additional duties assigned by management.
