Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. This role is a Corestaff contract position with placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.

Position overview:

Porsche Parts Business Operations is a core profitability, customer satisfaction, and dealer efficiency driver for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) and its network of authorized dealer franchise partners. Key responsibilities include supply chain management, genuine parts sales, dealer support, and communication management for the parts business in the US market. This center of competency facilitates the flow of genuine parts to authorized Porsche dealers, who sell to retail customers, independent repair facilities, and collision repair facilities.

Porsche Cars North America Parts Operations seeks a contractor to help manage a rapidly growing parts operation that serves a growing fleet of Porsche vehicles operating on US roadways. The candidate must be self-motivated, capable of operating independently, and flexible in handling priority parts projects that may change daily. Supporting Porsche dealer support specialists, this role will assist with parts order specifying, supply chain topics, and administrative tasks necessary to keep the Porsche supply chain running smoothly. Responsibilities include managing Porsche dealers’ parts transactions, ETAs, and order management.

The key responsibilities are:

  1. Own the Porsche dealer support process for your area of responsibility – manage dealer inquiries and tickets promptly, providing high service levels. Topics include parts availability, shipment ETAs, parts ordering, collaboration with warehouse colleagues, priority orders (VOR), damage claims, and process guidance.
  2. Process parts trades between Porsche dealers, ensuring proper exchange and financial reconciliation.
  3. Manage dealer support tickets efficiently, ensuring high service quality and timely resolution.
  4. Handle escalations with clear communication to relevant parties at PCNA, Porsche AG, etc., to resolve issues.
  5. Administer inbound parts supply, ensuring proper allocation for campaigns and recalls.
  6. Manage special parts returns from dealers and warehouses, ensuring timely shipping within campaign timelines.
  7. Monitor and meet relevant KPIs related to parts operations, maintaining high service levels and accountability.
  8. Perform special projects, reporting, and ad hoc analysis as needed.
  9. Be flexible to market needs, continuously seeking process improvements to enhance service to franchise dealer partners.

Education:

  • College degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent education and experience.

Experience:

  • Recent college graduates with professional and analytical skills, seeking office environment experience.

Skills:

  • Customer focus and ability to advocate for Porsche dealers in issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Excel; SAP and BW are pluses.
  • Initiative and project management from ideation to operation.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving ability.
  • Effective cross-functional communication, especially with Porsche field employees and dealers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
