Position Summary

The Parts Specialist II is an integral part of a customer service environment with the ability to professionally communicate with suppliers and internal personnel. The primary functions include assembling orders, processing shipments, and receiving incoming materials. Candidates should have previous experience in a parts and warehouse environment and a good understanding of Weber operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble orders, prepare goods, and process shipments in SAP
  • Handle daily invoicing for outbound shipments
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials; replenish stock
  • Monitor tower inventory and restrict access to parts clerks
  • Verify shipments and orders using shipping records
  • Document damages and discrepancies for reimbursement
  • Perform inventory adjustments as instructed
  • Operate in-house weSharp for blade resharpening
  • Participate in weekly on-call rotation
  • Attend training sessions and apply knowledge to daily processes
  • Maintain a neat and organized parts room
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively
  • Basic understanding of returns, shipping/receiving, blade sharpening, and SAP inquiries

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
