Responsibilities
- Assemble orders, prepare goods, and process shipments in SAP
- Handle daily invoicing for outbound shipments
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials; replenish stock
- Monitor tower inventory and restrict access to parts clerks
- Verify shipments and orders using shipping records
- Document damages and discrepancies for reimbursement
- Perform inventory adjustments as instructed
- Operate in-house weSharp for blade resharpening
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation
- Attend training sessions and apply knowledge to daily processes
- Maintain a neat and organized parts room
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Basic understanding of returns, shipping/receiving, blade sharpening, and SAP inquiries
- Forklift operation skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
