MANCON, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist I to provide counter service for VDOT employees and support inventory control. Responsibilities include data entry, process adherence, and occasional parts pickup using a MANCON vehicle. A valid driver’s license and parts experience are required.

The role is an hourly position with opportunities for on-site work at our Harrisonburg location; candidates should be comfortable in warehouse environments and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience with auto parts or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• 24-hour availability during emergency and/or critical operations.
• 1 year computer experience.
• Delivery Driver experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality customer service at the counter.
• Assist with inventory control and weekly/Wall-to-Wall counts.
• Perform data entry in inventory systems and generate invoices.
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pick up parts and return products to a location.
• Review requisition forms for completeness (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities).
• Assist with inventory research projects as requested.
• Follow procedures and SOPs; maintain safety compliance.
• Travel to locations to pick up parts as needed.
