Responsabilidades

• Provide parts support to customers and technicians.
• Use parts manuals to locate and identify parts.
• Provide parts lookup and sales assistance.
• Process parts ordering, invoicing, shipping and receiving.
• Research and source materials from external vendors.
• Maintain familiarity with all forms and documents in the parts department.
• Keep knowledge up to date on manual or computer systems changes.
• Ensure proper filing and document retention.
• Reconcile reports, invoices and purchase orders.
• Operate and maintain office equipment in the parts department.
• Maintain maintenance logs for office equipment.
• Exhibit professional phone and email etiquette.
