Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Parts Specialist to join our team. The role involves handling over-the-counter parts sales for external customers, technicians, and vendors, while maintaining inventory, costs, and quality control.

Expect to work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, researching part substitutions, and assisting in stockroom activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and managers across departments.

Responsibilities

• Accepts telephone, email and counter orders for external customers and Company technicians, fills orders from stock.
• Researches replacement parts using parts manual, computer listings or microfiche as appropriate.
• Prepare Sales Orders for invoicing and process payments.
• Assist at back counter and in Stockroom as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventories and cycle counts.
