Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them choose merchandise in a friendly manner.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Process exchanges/returns per company policy and issue credits.
• Manage cash drawer, handle payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with stockroom tasks, planogram updates, and shelf presentation.
• Perform in-store services and light maintenance as trained, including deliveries when needed.
