Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer phones, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
• Restock shelves, manage planograms, and perform daily stock tasks.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
