Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers at our Lima, OH location. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management in daily tasks while promoting company service programs and upholding policies.

The role includes handling cash, returns, and credit transactions, with opportunities for premiums and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection in-store.
• Support professional customers and installer service tasks as needed.
• Answer store calls, quote prices, and upsell items per policy.
• Process payments and returns per company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and store upkeep.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training and requirements are met.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) where permitted by state laws.
