Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will assist both walk-in customers and professional customers, handle cash operations, and contribute to inventory and planogram updates. Training and advancement opportunities are available across the network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers in selecting merchandise.
• Promote company customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist with professional customers and store/test equipment tasks as trained.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Process exchanges/returns per company policy and address complaints.
• Support planogram updates, stocking, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
