O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and duties include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and handling returns.

The role involves assisting with phones, pricing quotes, and recommending related items, as well as performing stock, planogram updates, and occasional delivery tasks.

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers with tasks as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, credit transactions and returns according to policy.
• Perform daily store operations and planogram updates (stocking, cleaning).
• Assist with deliveries when business needs dictate.
