Job summary

KanEquip, Ellsworth, KS is seeking a full-time Parts Sales Specialist to handle over-the-counter parts sales and support our service department. You will identify customer needs, look up parts, and cross-reference to provide accurate recommendations.

You will greet customers, maintain inventory, restock and reorder parts, and communicate effectively with staff and customers, both in person and remotely when needed.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our customers needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts.
• Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
