The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting company guarantees.
6. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns according to company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, stock updates, freight receival, and cleaning.
10. Perform operational tasks such as merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle codes, where legal.
13. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, meeting driving record requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and sales.
• ASE certification.
• Multilingual fluency, especially Spanish.
