Job description

Responsibilities

1. Identify and quote maintenance and repair parts for industrial air compressors and related system equipment.
2. Work directly with customers by phone, email, and/or in person.
3. Assist Zorn service to identify and order parts needed to complete work orders.
4. Assist Zorn sales to identify and quote parts for customers.
5. Communicate with vendors for pricing and delivery information.
6. Order parts and update inventory control system.
7. Receive and ship parts from local inventory.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience working with customers.
3. Resourceful with problem-solving skills.
4. Some mechanical/technical knowledge.
5. Good communication skills (phone, verbal, and written).
6. Ability to respond positively, supportively, and promptly to requirements.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
