PARTS SPECIALIST

Primary Function

You will work at the front counter in the parts department, serving as the main point of contact for parts. Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of experience in parts sales and delivery, with additional experience in heavy equipment parts being a plus. Familiarity with brands like MTU, DEVELON, Allison, CAT, or Cummins is advantageous. Excellent customer relations and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with vendors and customers to ensure timely parts delivery
• Prepare and perform daily & weekly shipments
• Organize and ship parts efficiently
• Support shipping and receiving departments as needed
• Create and maintain SOPs for shipping & receiving
• Research websites and vendor databases for parts pricing
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in parts lookup and sourcing
• Knowledge of heavy equipment parts
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
