The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of parts storage, receiving, and issuing practices. Prior heavy equipment experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
• MS Office, smartphones, and tablets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer, factory and vendor support.
• Process parts orders for phone, counter and service sales.
• Identify needed parts using catalogs and computer systems to aid customers.
• Locate and obtain parts when not in stock.
• Assist with credit releases according to company policy.
