Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in West Springfield, MA is seeking an order administration and parts procurement professional to meet customer demands. • Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting, and order expedition via phone, fax, and email.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders and delivery dates.
• Prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customers.
• Coordinate order releases, receipts, and shipments; project a knowledgeable, professional image.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for parts sales and support for Atlas Copco Compressors in an assigned region.
• Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting, and order expedition via phone, fax, and email.
• Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order.
• Must be willing to prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base.
• Proactive lead generation will be required. Coordinate order releases, receipts, and shipments.
• Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
• Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
