Job Summary:

The Parts Specialist position is vital in maintaining critical parts for our customers. Responsibilities include pulling and packing parts orders, shipping, receiving, stocking parts received via company shuttle, truck freight, and UPS, and preparing outgoing components for truck, common carrier, and shuttle. All related warehouse duties such as accurate counting, receiving, shipping, warranty item processing, and hose building are expected.

Job Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is necessary, with skills in counting, receiving/shipping parts, processing warranty items, and hose building.
• Assist with receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and completing paperwork.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer care.
