Job Title: Parts Specialist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time Parts Specialist for our Wilder Service Center.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and researching requested parts through various means to obtain the required components.
2. Creating purchase orders.
3. Receiving stock.
4. Picking, shipping, and returning items.
5. Overseeing the Service Center’s overall inventory.
6. Processing all parts invoices and credits from vendors.
7. Managing technicians' timecards for payroll processing.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least one year of related experience, be able to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance, and be proficient in basic computer programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills, superb organizational skills, and experience with billing practices are essential. Experience in the fire and emergency market and familiarity with CDK (formerly ADP) are a plus.
