Compensation Pay Range

$16.50 - $24.50

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses or premiums, depending on circumstances such as schedule, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in various tasks.
• Follow all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee).
• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Complete relevant company training.
• Handle phone inquiries, look up parts, and provide quotes.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with store image maintenance and inventory tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving record requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
