Compensation Pay Range: $17.28 - $22.00 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, season, or specific work performed.

The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management with various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
2. Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, including accurate parts lookup, quoting, and recommending products.
6. Manage cash register operations, including cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns.
7. Address and resolve customer complaints courteously.
8. Assist with store operations such as freight receival, stocking, cleaning, and planogram updates.
9. Perform inventory tasks like stock counts and merchandise returns.
10. Operate store testing equipment after training.
11. Perform in-store services (e.g., wiper installation, battery testing, vehicle code scanning).
12. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly customer service.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and sales.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in additional languages (Spanish preferred).
