The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Promote all customer service programs like Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and others.
2. Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
3. Support professional customers alongside managers and specialists.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Handle phone inquiries, look up parts, and recommend items.
6. Manage cash drawer, process transactions, and handle returns.
7. Resolve customer complaints amicably.
8. Assist with store upkeep, stock management, and daily operational tasks.
9. Operate store equipment after training.
10. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle diagnostics (where legal).
11. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
