The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Follow and promote all company customer service programs, such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent service over the phone, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting company guarantees.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with daily store operations like stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, etc.
10. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle codes, etc., where lawful.
11. Drive delivery vehicle when needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
