Compensation Pay Range
$15.50 - $18.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses or premiums, which vary based on circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in completing assigned tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs, e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent service over the phone, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending products.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
9. Assist with daily store operations such as freight reception, stocking, and planogram updates.
10. Perform operational tasks like inventory counts and merchandise returns.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries), where legal.
13. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving record requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences; provide outstanding customer service; multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, cataloging, ASE certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish preferred).
