K & D Factory Service Inc. is a fast-paced employer servicing commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment. The Parts Specialist supports 7 branches and is based in Camp Hill, PA, within the Unlimited Service Group family.

Responsibilities include placing orders with vendors, resolving issues, and maintaining good vendor relationships while using MS Word/Excel/Outlook. A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Preferred).
• Driver's license required.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Placing purchase orders with vendors, we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
• Problem resolution with customers and vendors.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Inventory management experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry.
• Limited travel to branches.

Part Specialist

K&D Factory Service has been operating in the Keystone state since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our Parts Specialist supports 7 branches in York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, Scranton and Camp Hill, where the position is based.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• We focus on excellent customer service with customers, technicians, and vendors
• Placing purchase orders with vendors, we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
• Problem resolution with customers and vendors.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
