Wiers Fleet Partners in LaPorte, IN is seeking a Parts Sourcing and Inventory Specialist. The role focuses on sourcing quality parts, managing inventory, and coordinating with technicians and suppliers to keep repairs moving.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, build vendor relationships, and provide pricing estimates while supporting service operations on a Monday–Friday first-shift basis. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

What You’ll Do

• Source and procure parts for the service center
• Build and manage vendor relationships, including pricing and account setup

Compensation

• $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Up to 2 weeks of vacation in your first year, increasing to 3 weeks in your 4th year

Compensation:

$20-$25 hourly Based On Experience

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Procurement of parts for service center
• Establishes vendor relationships by identifying potential vendors, negotiating prices, and setting up accounts.
• Provides parts pricing estimates to service.
• Arranges delivery or pick-up of parts using cost effective measures.
• Maintains parts inventory accuracy.
• Receives and manages cores to receive credit.
• Assist with Service Department Operations
• Must be able to cross‑train for the Service Advisor
