Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the parts counter, back counter, or phone room by helping them find the right parts and offering guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on the full product line and industry trends.
• Promote and upsell parts and accessories to meet personal and team goals.
• Process orders across multiple channels accurately for pickup or delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team on reorders.
• Build relationships with customers including technicians, contractors, and fleet operators.
• Track sales data and prepare performance reports to improve results and efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with product updates and sales strategies.
