Job summary

Watson Truck and Supply in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Parts / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily dealership operations by receiving, stocking, and distributing parts.

You will collaborate with Parts, Service, and Sales teams, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safe warehouse practices, and provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Minimum two years in shipping/receiving or warehouse roles, high school diploma or GED, and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of related experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or parts operations.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick up and deliver parts to vendors, customers, and company locations.
• Pull and stage parts for service technicians and internal departments.
• Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare parts for shipment and distribution.
• Maintain clean and organized parts area and equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Support other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
