Job summary

Regal Automotive Group, Inc. in Lakeland, FL is looking for an Entry Level Parts Shipping & Receiving (Stocker). We provide on the job paid training to become a parts counter person and prioritize a positive customer experience.

This is an entry level role with no prior experience required. It is a fulltime position offering benefits such as paid time off, health and dental coverage, and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to Parts Manager.
• Maintains close working relationships with counter salespersons and drivers on the shipping and receiving of parts.
• Conduct shipping and receiving activities using dealership procedures.
• Report all overages and shortages to Inventory Control Clerk.
• Stock all parts and accessories received for stock in correct bin and/or location.
• Control all special and emergency orders by tagging and notifying appropriate person.
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with shipping instructions (route, UPS, express, etc).
• Maintain physical inventory by keeping stock in proper location, sealed condition and free of safety hazards.
• Maintain bins, racks and other equipment. Notify management of needed repairs.
• Keep bin labels and location designations accurate and up to date.
• Run bin “spot checks” as directed.
• Control parts inventory consigned to body shop.
• Maintain warranty parts area in a clean organized manner.
• Scrap warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer’s policy & procedure.

• Receives and ships parts and accessories as directed.
