Regal Automotive Group in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Entry Level Parts Shipping & Receiving (Stocker) to join our full-time team. We provide paid on-the-job training to become a parts counter person, with a path to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; no experience required.
• On-the-job paid training to become a parts counter person.

Responsibilities

• Receives and ships parts and accessories as directed.
• Maintains physical inventory as necessary.
• Reports directly to Parts Manager.
• Maintains close working relationships with counter salespersons and drivers on the shipping and receiving of parts.
• Conduct shipping and receiving activities using dealership procedures.
• Report all overages and shortages to Inventory Control Clerk.
• Stock all parts and accessories received for stock in correct bin and/or location.
• Control all special and emergency order by tagging and notifying appropriate person.
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with shipping instructions (route, ups, express, etc).
• Maintain physical inventory by keeping stock in proper location, sealable condition and free of safety hazards.
• Maintain bins, racks and other equipment. Notify management of needed repairs.
• Keep bin labels and location designations accurate and up to date.
• Run bin “spot checks” as directed.
• Control parts inventory consigned to body shop.
• Maintain warranty parts area in a clean organized manner.

• Receives and ships parts and accessories as directed.
• Maintains physical inventory as necessary.
