Job summary

Billion Automotive in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates. You will receive, count, and record shipment data, and deliver products and equipment to designated areas using the company van and forklift when needed.

You will verify counts, pack and label stock, inspect items for defects, and follow safety policies while supporting other team members. This role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for advancement within a multi-state dealership network.

Qualifications

• Some applicable experience is preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills are required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks is expected.
• Time management and organizational abilities are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system.
• Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Deliver parts in the surrounding area to external customers using the company van.
• Match packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
• Pack, unpack, and label stock items with identification tags or marking tools.
• May operate a forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Verify computations against physical stock counts.
• Examine and inspect stock for wear and defects.
• Follow company safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
• Other duties as assigned.
