Job summary

Pape’ Kenworth Ellensburg & Yakima seeks a Parts & Service Specialist to greet customers, quote repairs, help them find parts, and ensure confident, satisfied interactions. You’ll use product knowledge and in-house tools to identify parts and solutions.

Based at our Ellensburg location with weekly travel to Yakima, you’ll manage quotes, paperwork, invoices, credits, and order status, while delivering parts and warehouse support as needed. Competitive pay and outstanding benefits available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts counter sales.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record; weekly travel to Yakima in company vehicle.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help them find parts, quote repairs, and ensure interactions end with confidence and satisfaction.
• Use product knowledge and in-house tools to identify the right parts and solutions for each situation.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through attentive service and genuine care.
• Manage paperwork, quotes, transactions, credits, adjustments; keep work orders and invoices organized; handle delivery and warehouse support as needed.
