Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group. We are hiring a Parts Sales Specialist to assist customers and technicians in securing needed parts, while meeting monthly sales and gross profit forecasts.

You will work with customers, technicians, and outside sales staff, prepare invoices for over-the-counter sales, and help maintain stock levels and purchasing orders. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and safety in a dynamic shop environment.

Formación

• One year of automotive parts related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Works with customers, outside salespersons and technicians to fill parts requirements with general supervision.
• Prepares invoices for over-the-counter sales and bills parts to repairs orders.
• Assists in maintaining stock levels, receiving and shipping parts, and issuing local purchase orders.
• Maintains a favorable relationship with customers by addressing their needs and issues promptly, escalating when needed.
• Follows safety practices and maintains company vehicles and equipment.
