Role Description The Parts Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in St Paul, MN. In this position, you assist customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and selling the correct automotive parts and accessories. You will manage parts inquiries at the counter and over the phone, provide accurate pricing and availability information, and process orders, returns, and special requests. Daily tasks include maintaining organized parts displays, tracking stock levels, supporting inventory counts, and ensuring timely restocking. You also collaborate with the sales and service teams to promote parts-related offers, uphold dealership standards, and contribute to a positive, efficient customer experience.
