Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Parts Sales Representative-Back Counter to ensure technicians have the parts needed to fulfill service orders.

You will set up and track parts requests, maintain invoices and repair orders, and help keep the inventory stocked and accurate, with opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ experience in over the counter sales, preferably in a dealership or service setting.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Set up order requests from technician work orders.
• Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
• Ensure all parts requested are billed on service repair order.
• Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that the inventory system can be updated and parts restocked.
• Participate in all training programs that are made available.
• Keep current on new products and product updates.
• Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum Pay Rate

USD $400,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay Rate

USD $65,000.00/Yr.
