Responsibilities:

• Set up order requests from technician work orders.
• Maintain orderly records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
• Ensure all requested parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Issue credits for returned parts, updating inventory systems accordingly.
• Participate in training programs and stay current on new products.
• Maintain a lost sales tracking program.
