Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) seeks a Parts Sales Representative II to drive parts sales by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service both in-store and at customer locations.

The role is exempt and eligible for sales commission, requiring a passion for outside sales and a proactive approach to opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous merchandising and parts sales experience preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell parts to AVE-PLP customers in-store and on-site.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including upselling parts.
• Process sales transactions and maintain customer records.
• Promote service options such as extended warranties and maintenance plans.
• Identify new sales opportunities and communicate leads.
• Follow up with customers on complete goods and major parts.
• Assist in improving sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Perform other duties as needed.
