Job summary

PrairieLand Partners, LLC, in collaboration with AgriVision Equipment Group, seeks a Parts Sales Representative II to drive parts sales and build strong customer relationships in AVE-PLP locations. This exempt role includes commissions and in-store as well as on-site customer service responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have a passion for outside sales, solid knowledge of parts merchandising, and a proactive approach to new opportunities, with access to MS Office tools for sales tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous merchandising and parts sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift license preferred or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell parts to AVE-PLP customers through direct outreach, both in-store and on-site.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling relevant parts and accessories.
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain records of all customer interactions.
• Markets parts and service sales such as extended warranties, maintenance plans, machine inspections, overhauls, standard quotes, and promotions.
• Identifies all aftermarket and new sales opportunities and communicates lead information accordingly.
• Performs follow-up calls at customer locations on complete goods and major parts and service.
