Timpte, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Parts Representative to manage parts inventory and drive sales at the Cedar Rapids Customer Service Center. The role emphasizes phone, email, online and on-counter interactions with customers and accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a parts and/or service environment preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Must have an insurable driving record and valid drivers’ license.

Responsibilities

• Grow parts sales through customer interaction via phone, email, online and counter sales.
• Call on large customer accounts to increase sales.
• Understand and comply with all Branch Parts Policies and Procedures and Service Policy and Procedures as it relates to parts business.
