Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will support daily store operations, motivate staff, and ensure WOW! customer service across all interactions. The role emphasizes leadership, inventory management, risk controls, and collaborative problem solving.

• Leadership: assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a motivated team.

• Process Orientation: follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.

• Parts Sales & Inventory Management: lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support: assist in managing commercial and hub deliveries.
