The role supports store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance and emphasizes leadership, training, and performance excellence. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, excellent communication, and a focus on achieving sales goals through effective inventory and team management.

Formación

• Leadership, integrity, and decisive leadership abilities.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders for seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and promote risk management and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while upholding policies.
