Qualifications

• Proven leadership with integrity and decision-making skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead teamwork with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage merchandising and returns.
• Enforce PPE and promote safety compliance in daily operations.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding company policies.
