Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership, decision-making, and team development abilities.
• Experience in automotive retail or a similar consumer-facing field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus for customer interactions.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to sustain exceptional customer service.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts, optimize stock levels, and manage returns/merchandising.
• Enforce PPE usage, risk management, and safety standards across the store.
• Support commercial account activities to meet delivery timelines and client needs.
• Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly in line with policies.
