As a Parts Sales Manager, you will help guide daily operations, motivate a high-performing team, and ensure customers receive trusted automotive solutions with a friendly, efficient experience. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll oversee inventory, merchandising, and cash handling while supporting commercial accounts and hub departments.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in store management or supervisory roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification required or pending.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales targets and manage inventory and returns.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and uphold WOW! service standards.
