As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead sales performance, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in an essential automotive retail setting. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll help reach sales targets, manage inventory, and support career growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Communication – Ensure clear interactions with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Metrics Mindedness – Track sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead sales initiatives, optimize stock, process returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in servicing commercial customers and hub deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
